Day 1 of 7 | What We Eat | Cooking with Food Allergies

Today is Monday our first day of seven of the “Free From” Top 8 Allergen meals we often eat.  This series is seven parts and hopes of giving you a little glimpse as to what a typical week of eating allergy free, and free from dairy, eggs, nuts, tree nuts, soy, shellfish, fish, and wheat.  It IS our single biggest question we receive from everyone once the concept of food allergies sets in; and the limitations we face are realized… Oh wait….then,  WHAT DO YOU EAT?   If feedback is good on any particular day we will develop individual blog post recipes for a requested item.  So LEAVE some comments and feedback! ! !   🙂 

Breakfast:  Banana Oat Pancakes topped with Fresh Blueberries and Maple Syrup 

Lunch:  Lime Pasta with Grilled Chicken  (RECIPE AVAILABLE HERE) (rice pasta)

Dinner: Grilled Steak topped with Sauteed Mushrooms and a side of Seared Green Beans and Zucchini
